  Another regular on lunch list and have been eating here for many years, they are extremely busy normally but the staff (since they even know what some of us order) have our coffee and tea on the way to the table before we sit down and our meals are never far behind. On a rare occasion we can get a new staff member in training who falls behind but for the most part never had a bad experience here.

  My favorite Swiss chalet location. Staff go above and beyond. Always friendly. Give you time to decide , and make good recommendations when asked.

  Service is good. Food is all great except for the burgers. They taste like grocery store frozen burgers

  Took 5 minutes to be acknowledged. And then another 2 to be seated. Chicken wrap I got was really old. The chicken was rubbery and the wrap bread was hard (like it was old). Some fries seemed fresh- some were cold, some were old and hard. It was like beanboozle bUT with fries. The server was really nice though.
