  Always a great place to shop for groceries and clothing.

  I went to Sobeys on Baker drive last night Thursday December 29 after work during a very windy evening and as I exited my car the wind really kicked up and blew my door open to the point where it overextended and would not close. There was a young man who was collecting the shopping carts and he noticed that I was struggling with my door. He came right over to me and asked if I needed some assistance. Boy did I! We struggled to close it for a good 10 minutes to no avail. He even took the time to phone his father for some advice ( his father knew something about cars). We tried everything but nothing seemed to be working. People were walking by and seemed to just ignore us. I was very frustrated by that, but that young man stuck with me. We finally just had to tie the door closed as best we could with some rope, so I could make it home. If it wasn't for him I would probably have had to call for a tow truck at a very high cost. So what I really want to say is, to the manager at Sobeys on baker drive, you have a very kind, thoughtful caring young man working for you. I'm sorry I can't remember his name ( he did tell me, I was so stressed out that it has slipped my mind). I'm sure you can find out who he was, when you do please extend my sincere gratitude to him. He is an asset to your store and he deserves a raise! Thanks for listening, sincerely Jackie Williams

  Clean store, polite and helpful staff, fresh products. This is one of the best Sobeys around.
