  Ordered food as they advertise delivery and waited two hours for them to arrive. After an hour called and asked and they claimed the driver got lost. It would right there. Waited another half hour called back to cancel and they offered no explanation as to why they never showed up or tried to offer anything for the inconvenience of waiting for an order that never showed up. Poorest service Ive encountered in Dartmouth.

  Beef pho - broth is not beefy tasting and is very watery and thin. Just salt. And maybe some powdered stock stuff. Can't imagine it ever saw a beef bone. The vermicelli is weird to me - flat, rectangular, not the round. The beef needs to be cut thinner. The basil looked like it was picked a week ago. Dry and past wilted. The bean sprouts not a lot better. Overall, a pretty mediocre offering. And my partner's chicken pho was worse. The chicken looked inedible, and it was - thick slabs of tough and dry breast - how do you do that in the soup.
