- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆"Simply put, AltiMax stands for ALL TIME MAXIMUM energy towards customer service." (from their website) -I sent a package through fedex, who then handed it over to Altimax Courier for delivery (the area the package was being sent is not a fedex drop off). Once they handed it over to Altimax Courier, the representative could not help me with any information in regards to my package, nor did they seem interested. The Altimax representative kept trying to refer me to FedEx, who then referred me back to Altimax Courier. Not sure who has my package now, but I was assured by FedEx it would get there.By christopher cann, November 19, 2016
